Yes. Every item we stock is tested by experienced HEMA practitioners in Canada, the USA, and Mexico. If we find a product unsafe, poorly made, or unfit for HEMA or Western Martial Arts, we don’t sell it. We take safety seriously and only offer gear that meets our standards for quality and protection.

  • We pack your equipment for shipping,
  • Calculate the shipping cost,
  • Send you a PayPal invoice or, for Canadian orders, an eTransfer invoice,
  • Once payment is complete, we ship your HEMA gear to you.

While we prefer online orders, you may place an order by phone at +1-780-966-6022 between 9am–5pm MST.

Shipping costs are calculated per order on a cost-recovery basis. You’ll receive an accurate quote once your gear is packed. We do our best to keep international HEMA shipping rates fair and transparent.

We inspect all HEMA sparring equipment before shipping. If damage occurs during shipping or we miss a defect, we’ll replace the item.

Please take 7 or more clear photos of the damage and packaging from a variety of angles, and retain the packaging and item(s), as our shipping insurance requires this.

Returns for any other reason require items to be unused and in resalable condition. Return shipping for non-defective returns is the buyer’s responsibility.

Yes. Custom sword or armor orders require a non-refundable deposit of $100 CAD or 50% of the product value, whichever is higher. Be sure to confirm your design and measurements before placing a custom order.

Yes. Local pickup is available in Edmonton, Alberta. If you are in the area, feel free to contact us to arrange a convenient pickup time.

Yes, bulk discounts may be possible for bulk orders. This is decided on an individual basis.
